Dogs are like children to their owners and when we are looking for someone
to care for them we need to feel confident that they will be well cared for.
Donna looked after my puppy Lucy for ten days when I took a vacation and
I left knowing that she would be lovingly cared for in her home. She took the
time to be sure that she knew Lucy's routine and her likes and dislikes and
even gave me advice on training and feeding. When I picked her up I found
her healthy and happy and Donna's husband had even given her some training.
I can highly recommend Donna as a great dogsitter and wouldn't hesitate to
use her again.

Our dog Sadie recently participated in behaviour training with Craig and we were amazed with what he was able to teach her, and us, in such a short time. Despite being a good dog, Sadie had always believed commands were "optional" and after working with Craig, it is obvious how much she has learned and how well she listens and responds now! Craig is an amazing teacher and a pleasure to work with, making the training fun for both us and Sadie and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even bringing his own dog to assist in training. We couldn't think of anyone we would be more comfortable leaving our girl with, which is why Sadie is now becoming a regular customer for overnight and week-long stays with Donna and Craig while we are away.

Being able to leave Sadie in their home where she was treated as part of the family was a wonderful experience for both us and her, knowing she had other dogs to play with and a wonderful family to give her lots of attention. We can't say how impressed and grateful we are to have such a wonderful place for Sadie to stay.

Miki was a happy and friendly young dog, but to the point of being aggressively friendly to people and their pets whether they liked it or not! After the 10-day 'bootcamp' (as I chose to call it), Miki is still happy and friendly, but responds to commands now that were previously 'optional' in his mind and he actually sits or stands and waits for an OK by the owner to greet their pet! Craig did an amazing job in 10 short days to curb Miki's aggressiveness. Thank you.

Pawsitive Pets has been doing house visits + kitty litter cleaning for our two dogs 2-3 times a week because we work long hours and wanted someone to look after our dogs while we're away during the day. The service is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable. We like the report cards as well and the quick turnaround time if we have a question or need to change dates for some reason.
One of our dogs has bad legs and Pawsitive Pets takes very good care of her making sure that she's getting just the right amount of exercise. Our other dog is a rescue dog from Louisiana and she's very people shy but she warmed up to the Pawsitive Pets staff very quickly. All in all, we highly recommend Pawsitive Pets for their client-centric, custom-tailored approach, flexibility, reliable service and professionalism.

When I was off work after surgery, I decided it would be a perfect time to get a puppy; however when I had to go back to work Lola was only four months old and couldn't be left

by herself all day without having an accident, so I was really happy when I found Pawsitive Pets. Right from the very first visit Lola was happy and able to burn off

some of her engergy, pretty soon accidents became a thing of the past.
